What is the current lead time?
Estimated lead time is around 8 weeks from receipt of deposit, signed quotation, approved drawings/specifications, and required project documentation.
How long is a quotation valid?
Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue date. Pricing may be reviewed after the validity window.
When does production commence?
Production starts after deposit receipt, signed quotation, approved drawings/specifications (where applicable), and required project documents.
What are the payment terms?
Standard terms are 50% deposit on acceptance and 50% balance before delivery. Delivery or documentation may be withheld until full payment is received.
Can we change specifications after production starts?
Once production has commenced, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges depending on production stage.
Is installation included?
Installation is not included unless specifically stated in the quotation. Where not included, builder/client installation responsibility applies.
What warranties are provided?
Profile, coating and glazing are covered by a 7-year warranty. Hardware and accessories are covered by a 3-year warranty, subject to warranty terms and exclusions.
